Medicine
UK's leading transformational festival: music, healing, and community in the heart of the English countryside.
About the project
Medicine is one of the UK's most beloved transformational events, a gathering dedicated to music, healing arts, indigenous wisdom, and conscious community. Set in the English countryside, it brings together thousands of attendees across several days of ceremony, performance, workshops, and shared experience.
As General Manager, Jenna was responsible for the operational architecture of the entire event, overseeing logistics, production teams, vendor relationships, council liaison, and the complex stakeholder navigation that a festival of this scale demands.
Her tenure included steering the festival through the extraordinary challenges of the pandemic period, managing the postponements, communications, and eventual triumphant return of live events with sensitivity, precision, and an unwavering commitment to the festival's community.
The result was a festival that not only survived a period that broke many others, but emerged with its reputation and community stronger than ever.
